Safiyai provides software for workflow automation, text messaging, customer communication, and AI assistants. Features may change over time as we improve and update the services.

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse them, including by attempting to disrupt the services, access them without authorization, or use them to send unlawful or abusive content.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: Safiyai.
Program description: account notifications, service updates, customer support messages, and marketing messages for users who opt in. Specifically, our messages include: Replies to messages users send us, account and subscription notices, delivery notices when a requested document or item is ready, customer support messages, and occasional promotional offers.

- Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safiyai LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safiyai LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Atlanta, Georgia, except that either party may seek relief in a small claims court for qualifying claims.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
